We designed a specialized workshop aimed at providing hands-on training for tourism and hospitality professionals on contemporary wine tourism practices. Through insights into the future of wine tourism in the region, its strategic promotion, and guided tastings of local varieties, we strengthened participants’ knowledge while positioning Thessaly as a leading gastronomic destination.
